Erroneous highlight of HTML comment-out tags #114

On v0.0.28, HTML comment-out punctuation <!-- --> is being detected as brackets and coloured as per the default "bracket-pair-colorizer-2.colors": ["Gold"...], configuration.

Disabling the extension resolved the syntax highlighting anomaly which helped confirm the issue was with Bracket Pair Colorizer 2 and not due to any other conflicting custom colours or extensions.
