Scrolling timeline doesn't work when recording a VO

What went wrong?
When recording voiceover i final cut, timeline autoscroll is not working

What did you expect to happen?
Timeline autoscroll should work while recording a voiceover (which is why i installed CommandPost)

What are the steps to recreate the problem?
Enable final cut timeline autoscroll and press alt+shift+a
