Compatibility issues with CommandPost on macOS Sonoma and Final Cut Pro Trial – Search Console & Modifier Key not working

Hi there,

I’ve recently upgraded to a new Mac running macOS Sonoma (latest version), and I’m also using the latest version of Final Cut Pro Trial. I have tried on two different system, my main m2 ultra and the new m4 air, same problem

Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing several issues with CommandPost:
1. Search Console not applying effects properly
When I try to use the Search Console to apply effects, it seems to bug out – either nothing happens, or the effect doesn’t get applied as expected.
2. Modifier key scroll functionality broken
The feature that lets you scroll the timeline using a modifier key (e.g., holding a key + scrolling with the mouse/trackpad) no longer works.

These issues occur both on my new Mac and on another Mac also running Sonoma and the latest Final Cut Pro. Everything worked fine before upgrading the system and FCP, so it seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest updates.

Yes, i granted every permission possibile

Specs: Mac m2 Ultra and Mac Air M4

Yes i'm using the trial on both, i remember years ago i had the same problem that sometimes command post just wasn't working properly and i had to uninstall every app on the system and format the HDD, but this time i'm using it in also in a new PC and has the same problem...
