Text to speech: randomly doesn't activate context menu

After "Activate Text to Speech Tool" it is sometimes not possible to right-click and get the context menu working. Restart of Mac and App didn't help. It somehow started working after a while of trying.

Any errors in the Debug Console?

I had to restart in between, so it's gone. next time!
maybe we'll close this issue, it seemed to be a hick-up, right-clicking works now, even after restarts.
I will reenter with debug notes, should it occur again.
