Reviewers should just see the criteria for the specific role they have been assigned for that resource

Currently, if a reviewer is assigned to technical and training roles, but then they are just assigned as a technical reviewer to a particular resource, when they see the review page, all the criteria for all the roles they have are shown (ie technical and training). It should just show the general criteria and the criteria for the role they have been assigned
