inline-image() uses incorrect mime-type for SVG backgrounds #442

body {
    background-image: inline-image('image.svg');
}

This generates the following CSS

// incorrect output
body {
    background-image:url('data:image/svg;base64,PD94b...blah...S4g==');
}

Expected output would specify the mime-type as image/svg+xml

// expected out
body {
    background-image:url('data:image/svg+xml;base64,PD94b...blah...S4g==');
}
