bumping axios, playwright and vite

Tested by

  • Manually running the dev server and checking pages/sotries
  • Running all the available commands

Had to add npx install playwright in the github workflow so it installs the browser binaries in the vm

node >= 18 is already added in other packages so this shouldn't be a breaking change
