CoreELEC 9.0.2

CoreELEC 9.0.2 is now available bringing with it Kodi v18.2, some new additions and a number of small bug fixes that we identified thanks to the feedback received from users in our forums.

* added dtb sanity check at boot
* added support to mix LFE in to stereo channels
* fixed hyperion.ng slowdown issue
* fixed slow boot on some devices installed to internal
* fixed subtitle stutter on S912 devices
