The newest Mac OS X 10.9 SDK does not provide the tr1 namespace anymore, leading to compile errors when trying to

#include <tr1/unordered_map>

and similar includes.

Fixed with 270b4fb.

The tr1 prefix for include files and types is now checked for each used type in the CMakeLists.txt. The C++11 (TR1) headers are now used on all platforms for unordered_map, unordered_set, and function.
