PT Story: Fetching Projects

Description

As a User
In order to easily register time
I would like to see the available projects in a dropdown

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Create module for API get request, fetching projects
  • Map response to dropdown

What I have learned working on this feature:

To pass in a value to a API depending on dropdown selection.
