+MuseDash mod to have CustomLoadingScreens

+## How to use

+Put images into to the CustomLoadingScreens folder(created after running game with mod installed);
+

+This mod is still WIP.
+
+Currently its best to only use images in 16:9, because others will be streched.
+
+There might be a chance, that the image will be rendered in 4:3, just ignore it im working on it.
