Make the secondary structure appearance for turns and bulges configurable. #107

In the present implementation, turns and bulges are displayed as helix and sheets, respectively. These appearance should be configurable, so that user can display these secondary structures as coils.

PDB 1YIO、ストランドN末の残基(残基番号30)のねじれ方がRasmolと反対になるというのもチェックする.

In the previous implementation of DSSP algorithm, bridges (a bridge is a pair of connected beta strands) are merged when they are separated by a beta bulge. I have implemented the option to avoid linking beta strands connected by beta-bulge in the secondary-structure calculation tool. (a similar option is available in the ksdssp implementation).
