The compound coordinates generated by external programs sometimes has the same residue name, such as DRG or UNK. In the current implementation, the topology automatically generated by Topobuilder::autogen() globally assigned as the same name as its residue name, which prevents the loading of different compounds with the same name.

Fixed the problem by assigning the object- (or scene-) local name, decorated by UID number, to the autogen-generated topology objects. This implementation enables the use of the same residue name with different topology by per-Object (or Scene) basis.
