  1. bluesleep: Fix wakeup

Under yet-undetermined circumstances, usually after long(ish) periods
of time, it was possible for the BT_ASLEEP bit to be off while still
being asleep, breaking the wakeup checks; to fix it,kick off the
tx_timer on wakeup to verify if there was any actual BT transmission
    that merits disabling bluesleep

  1. ipsec: be careful of non existing mac headers

Niccolo Belli reported ipsec crashes in case we handle a frame without
mac header (atm in his case)

Before copying mac header, better make sure it is present.

  2. arm: mm: Exclude additional mem_map entries from free

A previous patch addressed the issue of move_freepages_block()
trampling on erronously freed mem_map entries for the bank end
pfn. We also need to restrict the start pfn in a
    complementary manner.

Also make macro usage consistent by adopting the use of
    round_down and round_up.

  1. bluetooth: Fix power-state tracking

  1. msm: audio: qdsp5v2: Send write done for every buffer

The buffer size is greater than bytes consumed for

for the first buffer. The bytes consumed represent

    -qcedev.c tests for incorrect inputs
       -when using pemem,
-when setting up for CTR mode for byte offset
-qcedev.h has made enum changes so that it can pass compilation on
