Organize imports only works when cursor is placed within the use statements block

If the cursor is not within the use statements block when triggered, a "no organize imports action available" message is shown. When working with Go files, it doesn't matter where the cursor is when triggering organize imports.

Is there an option to change the behaviour in PHP to match Go?

We should fix that and trigger Organize imports wherever the cursor is - noting for the future update.

I see. That makes sense.
Starting the trial brought it back. I do notice that there is an option to sort and "remove and sort" but not one for just removing unused.

That's a good point, we should add a "Remove unused" code action.

Also, we'll try to make it more clear, that it's a premium feature.
