Cannot format syntax when asymmetric properties are promoted in constructor arguments

This is similar to #786

In PHP v8.4 properties with asymmetric visibility can be promoted in the constructor arguments: https://3v4l.org/NvkEX#v8.4.4

But formatting the script with devsense extension leads to an issue:
