Well, it launches dwarfort.exe but nothing appears and dwarfort.exe is not responding, so I have to force exit it... :/

Just modify your dfhack script to read as follows:

#!/bin/sh
PWD=`dirname "${0}"`
#thanks to Iriel for figuring this out
OSREV=`uname -r | cut -d. -f1`
if [ "$OSREV" -ge 11 ] ; then
        export DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES=./hack/libdfhack.dylib
        export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=${PWD}/hack:${PWD}/libs
        export DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH=${PWD}/hack:${PWD}/libs
        export DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE=1
else
        export DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES=./hack/libdfhack.dylib
        export DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=${PWD}/hack:${PWD}/libs
        export DYLD_FALLBACK_FRAMEWORK_PATH=${PWD}/hack:${PWD}/libs
fi
cd "${PWD}"; ./dwarfort.exe

Basically, DYLD_FORCE_FLAT_NAMESPACE has to be off for 10.6.8.
Stonesense won't work, though.
Please note I haven't actually tried DOING anything, but it loads up at least.

There have been enough changes since this was reported that it's quite likely it's been fixed, or I would have heard about it by now. I'll re-open it if someone reports that the problem persists.
