File Catalog CLI: 'find' returns misleading error message #403

I noticed that in the FC CLI, running 'find' with some metadata query gives a misleading error message if there are no entries matching the query.

For example, the query:

FC:/>find runH=23463

is fine if there are entries which match that requirement, but if there are no matching entries, it gives an 'error in SQL syntax' error:

FC:/>find runH=12345
Query: {'runH': 12345}
Error: Excution failed.: ( 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 )

It would be good to have a 'no matching entries found' response instead.
