This is separate to the existing logging system that is in place for helping diagnose bot issues.

This will be server based with things like Role Assignments, Channel Updates, Event Creation, Messages Deleted/Edited etc.

Need to setup a !config togglelog command so that someone can toggle the logs and set a log channel for their server.
