For consistent nomenclature in CPACS 3.3 (aeroCaseStateType and fqRatingsType), we suggest capitalizing the S in d..d..Star:

We should keep treating the whole differential operator as a single "word". As an alternative to the above proposal, one could of course write everything in lower case. However, since star is an independent term, it can be better interpreted this way.
