Save a CDN's SSL handshake and being able to merge font awesome into style.css. Same for jquery and common.js.

We need to be able to distribute font awesome somehow. I think the best way is to create a new repo containing all the font files and the CSS only, then submodule it. Thoughts? @Xyene
