Summary

Create the player-facing report shown after a Gate or prototype mission outcome.

Scope

  • Show SECOND reward, TIME spent or lost, injuries, deaths, memory changes, relationship changes, and agent recommendation.
  • Read from server-owned outcome or ledger data.
  • Make NPC consequence visible after returning to the Yard.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Outcome report can display a successful prototype outcome.
  • Outcome report can display a failed or partial outcome.
  • Memory and relationship deltas are visible in player-safe language.
  • Client cannot self-author rewards, injury, memory, or relationship changes.
  • Play Mode smoke can open the report from a prototype event.
