Clean Kernel EC05 for the Samsung Epic 4G

The purpose of this kernel is to provide root and busybox, with minimal system changes. Designed to flash back stock kernel, to allow OTA updates.

How to compile:
If you do not have the toolchain then get it from and install/extract. Since I am compiling on an Ubuntu VM I use:

Browse to Kernel/arch/arm/configs/ and edit Clean.Kernel_defconfig and change the path for CONFIG_INITRAMFS_SOURCE=
to the absolute path of the initramfs.

Then refer to the README.txt on what else you need to change.

Changes in v1.05:

* Switched to ClockworkMod, with USB Mass Storage, and improved key mappings, with customized cwm tweaks for the Epic4G community
* busybox 1.18.0 replaced by full cm busybox 1.16.2 provided by cwm recovery binary, with --install -s feature enabled
* reverted thumbEE support, since my testing indicates that the device doesn't deep sleep as often as it should with it enabled
* updated to Voodoo Sound v9 by supercurio

Changes and Features as of v1.04:

* ClockworkMod Reboot Recovery, compatible with RFS and ext4
* fixed busybox DNS, thanks Rodderik!
* Added scripts for USB Mass Storage, mountums & umountums
* Voodoo Sound Driver v8 update, from supercurio
* RNDIS / wired USB tethering support built in from kernel
* THUMBEE built in from kernel for cortex a8 optimization, thanks Rodderik!
* modified to reflect EpicCM/nullghost script, but with some special revisions.

Features as of version 1.02:

* Root in tmpfs folder, and busybox 1.18.0, symlinks in /bin
* reboot recovery to ClockworkMod, if RFS only
* CIFS, TUN, TMCPSS Clamping, and ext4 built in
