1.0 - Embers Rekindled Devbuild

This build is compatible with Embers Rekindled ONLY.
Blocks that had been overridden with Soot will cease to function until hit with a Tinker Hammer, which should transfer inventory, ember stored, crystal cell size and such over.

• Adds the Alchemical Recombulator, an upgrade that goes on machines (for now, only the Mixer is supported)
• Adds Metal Leveling, for alchemically transmuting one metal to a higher tier one. This is a one-way street.
• Adds Antimony and Signet of Antimony, which can be used for any villager trade that would otherwise require precious emeralds.
• Adds CT integration for the Alchemical Mixer
• Adds recipes for the ember transmission stuff that's been in for a while now
• Removes the Metal Seed fix, as it's now in Embers proper
