The app has been fully rewritten from scratch. Now with even more encodings!

• Renamed app to Unidecoder
• Fixed Unicode codepoints display
• Now shows UTF-8, UTF-16BE, UTF-16LE, UTF-32BE, and UTF-32LE encodings
• Switched to JavaFX
