It can be used to enable communication and interaction between users in JabbR and IRC.

JabIrc is currently in initial development:
- Most features not yet implemented
- Source code is likely to experience multiple large refactors
- There will be lots of bugs (I'm adding them as fast as I can)
- It may accidentally the whole internet
