Keep "new project" input boxes open even if focus is lost

I'm often starting to create a new project, then tabbing away to find the project name (I often create projects with GH issue numbers in). Currently the New Project input boxes close upon losing focus. There's probably no good reason not to have them persist and require Escape to close them.
