SDK-updates ... again ... and again

Only RGB.NET-changes in this release, but since the crash caused by aura should be catched now in most cases this should be a interesting release for everyone having issues until now.
Aside from that razer got a big SDK-update and logitech got some small device-support improvements.
Steel-Series isn't in this release due to reliablility-issues right now - for the next version this should be finished too.

Except the new "no tray-minimize-option" described on the front-page like the last time only SDK updates happened.

Code wise nothing has changed - just more device-support through new SDK-versions.

Since it was a popular request here is a compiled version including all default device-providers that does not require additional configuration.

This thing is without any warranty or support.
It might work, it might not.
