What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

I added a note in the Wildcards section since a customer was asking why they couldn't query the CI Pipelines using wildcards. They were enclosing the string into quotes, which is a known limitation.

Merge instructions

Merge queue is enabled in this repo. To have it automatically merged after it receives the required reviews, create the PR (from a branch that follows the <yourname>/description naming convention) and then add the following PR comment:

Please reopen this PR from a branch with a / in the name so that the checks will run. Thank you! - Disregard, it was quiet enough that I overrode merge queue for this.
