Added a note since a customer was asking why they couldn't query the CI Pipelines using wildcards. They were enclosing the string into quotes.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
I added a note in the Wildcards section since a customer was asking why they couldn't query the CI Pipelines using wildcards. They were enclosing the string into quotes, which is a known limitation.
