Windows notes:

CUDA support requires nVidia driver v419.35 or higher.
Windows 64 build supports Unicode (foreign characters) and is 64-bit only.

Linux notes:

There are no prebuilt binaries, please build from git/AUR, see BUILDING.md for more information.
