Refactoring of spawnnpc and ability to spawn npcs near other players. #15
Out of the three commits, the first one was simply refactoring of spawnnpc to be a little more terse. At that point, it should still have the same behavior. The second commit fixed a small logic bug. The third commit provides the ability to spawn an npc near another player. (Such as /spawnnpc 1 Bunny David). In the event that no player is specified, it keeps the standard behavior of spawning npcs near the person making the command.
Anyway, thanks for all the work that you've put into this.
