commit woff and woff2 font versions to git

These were downloaded from Google Fonts, which has highly compressed and stripped (to just latin characters) version of the fonts. These files are significantly smaller (e.g. Roboto-Bold shrunk from 57.8K to 14.6K) and cannot easily be reproduced using sfnt2woff and the files which the fonts-roboto-hinted Debian package contains. See https://www.google.com/fonts/attribution for the font licenses: Roboto is licensed under Apache-2, Inconsolata is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Further, having these files in git means fewer external dependencies are required to get a local DCS stack up and running.
