At least one user wanted to access a manpage which was only in experimental. Let’s see how much additional processing time/disk space would be necessary to process experimental as well.

Experimental dropped the gzip format for Package lists, so we need to use xz instead of hard-coding gzip.

experimental is actually only half as big as backports, with 408 binary packages containing manpages, totaling 52MB. Will enable it for the next re-rendering.
