Set BuildAction to TypeScriptCompile when installing from nuget #1138

Since 0.9, VS automatically references every typescript file without the need to add a references command to each file.

But this only works if the BuildAction is set to TypeScriptCompile, so the nuget packages should set the build action correctly when they are installed.

Currently, I set this manually but it resets to Content on every update causing lots of compilation errors until it is fixed.

I was just about to raise this as an issue myself! I've just been battling the issue and finally realised that this was the problem I was facing. Unfortunately I had to raise issue on the TS site before the penny dropped though......

I'm not too sure how easy this is to achieve - this StackOverflow question makes me think it's not the simple config change you'd hope - but I definitely think this is worth looking into...
