Roadmap: Add capability to manage cookies during tests

TestCafe has a hidden mechanism for cookie processing. This mechanism restricts users (users can't set or view HTTP cookies).

It's been proposed that we add the following functionality to TestCafe:

Set HTTP cookies
View HTTP cookies

I don't see any point of restricting the api to only client side cookies in the first place.
You guys should have just exposed the native browser API to set and get cookies

We are currently working on adding the cookie API. We'll use our proxy cookie storage to implement this functionality.
