mads
provides a users with the option of incorporating unidentified sightings, covariate uncertainty and model uncertainty into distance sampling analyses.
As of November 2023, the mads
package is no longer under active development. Please contact the Distance development team distance@st-andrews.ac.uk if you are using the package and run into any issues.
You can download and install mads
using the remotes package:
install.packages("remotes")
then install mads from github:
