Our overlocker needs a thread guide to stop the threads getting tangled. Richard (an expert in sewing machines) thinks we should be able to print one, and believes that this is the only thing stopping the overlocker from working.

This image shows what the manufactured part looks like (not the same model). It's the metal bit at the top:

Presumably it could be laser-cut too? I think I've still got some thin Delrin, which might be a good material to make it from, as it'll be a lower friction surface... Let me know if it's useful
