Assemble a new prosthetic hand for display and clear out the prosthetics box #1364

I'm not sure what happened to the demo prosthetic hand that was on the display bookcase, but we should have one to show off.

There are a number of half-completed hands in the prosthetics box, we should print off whatever parts are missing from one, and then assemble it to put on display.

Then we should recycle the remaining plastic and distribute the other bits (fishing wire, foam padding, etc.) into general usage and free up the box for one of the workshop members.

@jackie1050 found the old one (it had been put into the wearables box) and put it back onto display. It could do with some TLC to get it working fully again (possibly just a couple of bolts to tension the two fingers that don't operate, and tying up the "tendon" on the thumb to get that operable again.

If it needs any new parts printing, the STL files are the ruing-beds set (from what I can tell).
