X and Y axes are mirrored #179

Items milled on the small CNC mill seem to be mirrored - possibly in both x and y axes.

I'd also expect the x-axis to run side-to-side when you face the mill, and it doesn't - it runs front to back, so if we're playing with adjusting the axes then flipping those round would make sense too.

I've swapped the X and Y axes over, so X moves left-right if you have the white and grey box holding the Arduino furthest away from you, and Y moves front-back.

I think it's still mirrored in the Y-axis, but that looks like a difference between Line Grinder (which I'm using to generate gcode from a PCB design), which seems to think the origin is bottom-left, and GRBL, which thinks the origin is top-left.

The origins are in different places, but that's just Line Grinder saying the origin is bottom-left while actually setting it to top-left. So swapping axes fixed things.
