Finish off the svgraph application for the laser cutter #401
I wrote most of this earlier in the year, and it's not quite done.
Needs a hack day on it to make it work well enough. Although the issues are that the laser cutter computers are too low power to run it.
What's interesting is that it solved a path-joining problem that someone was having, which the lasercut software couldn't get done. So there is something worthy to it -- if the laser cutter computers get upgraded.
This was also the codebase that made the polar graph work when it was running live in the performance. I need volunteers to help reorganize the code (more as a sounding board), to get it useful and in a state to run the polar graph as well.
Oh, and I need more time.
