Think of this as a so-called handbook for an organizer.
We need a page of daily/weekly jobs and systems that are in place (ie Sean's work) that makes mention of the Freeagent banking system, our handling of insurance, rent and utilities etc.
The purpose of this page is to outline the package of what it takes to run a sustainable hack-space, summarized in a way that another team could see how to do it and easily copy our procedures/infrastructure at startup, from the doorbot to the weeknotes to the google calendar to the tax returns.

I'd like to have something to point to when I come across small businesses that have their own workshops who could consider opening part of it up as a hackspace like ours -- or even as something which is communally shared between a set of businesses.
