It was mostly because of the rambling confusion of calendars that we have, and no clear idea how they get changed, added to, fixed up (eg, what is the process for the reconciling the laser cutter calendars and who is doing it).
The same is true for the weeknotes, doorbots, twitter accounts -- you can't tell who is doing them, and how you'd be able to help if you wanted to.
Close this ticket when this page is complete (I might have missed an important item), and provides a clue about what gets gets done and who has the passwords for each of the services.
