The vinyl cutter doesn't get used anything like enough.

You can generate words or pick excellent icons from here: http://game-icons.net/

We need a process that depends on inkscape -- or some software like this:

that can run on the vinyl cutter computer (if necessary this is motivational for issue #358) and be as convenient as the Dymo https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/wiki/wiki/Sticky-Label-printer

Ideally it should take about 10 minutes from getting the idea for doing label to making it.

** We could have stock of already cut vinyls for people to try out if they like (with DoES branding in the corner) that they can stick on their laptops.
