Clear space for air conditioning work #967

The air conditioning fitters are going to come and work on the main room air conditioning units hopefully on the 14th/15th November. We will have no heating on these days so will likely want to move everyone into Room 29. We need to clear room in Room 29 for more people and make sure the main room is clear enough for them to do what they need to.

Didn't really need to clear space, just needed to be aware it would be cold.
