Raspberry Pi touchscreen for the MQTT server on wall #973

Now that we have a monitor by the door (issue #969), we need another monitor to work the node-red dashboard, seeing as the big TV (used for VR) is a bit too heavyweight and large to have on all the time for a mere dashboard.

Something like this might have the necessary size for dashboards and control switches in the absence of more of those MQTT buttons.

There are a few wall-mounting options:

Reprogramming node-red can be done through any laptop, as we work out stuff we want it to do. (It ought to have at least a couple of remote actions that it can do, lights or robots, to include as a stop on the tour of the space.)

Ideally I'd wire in the vocopi (MQTT voice generator) and speaker into it as well.

It's up there with the very limited bracket (backed up by some red wire). I've leeched some 5V USB power cables for a couple of esp-based sensors and a slider.

done now. but we need @ajlennon to work out a more complete image we can build for this.
