Dominick C. Smith

I am Dominick C. Smith and I am a software developer living in Texas. Not all Texans are cowboys, some of us just wear cowboy hats while writing code. I am interested in backend development, often spending time writing code in Java. As of late, I am learning Rust in hopes to better understand the underlying technology that powers my code, and to write high-performing binaries for my web development projects. Who doesn't like fast, responsive application design? I also have a knack for information security, privacy being my main motivation behind understanding the world of cybesecurity. I am hopeful that one day I'll have what it takes to stop the theft of my private life, one line of code at a time.
