This can be useful in at least a couple of scenarios: 1) The AJAX login control can run through a series of asynchronous authentication attempts to maximize the chance that the user will not have to interactively logged in. 2) The host site may choose to failover from one failed OP to the next OP in the list until auth succeeds. It may even store information in the user account so it can try auth with the succeeding OP the next time.

This fixes Safari's tendency to hide the location bar. We always want to show the location bar to help the user know he is not being phished. Fixes Google Code issue 152.
