这是一个利用了wvs的一个接口然后批量扫描网址的小工具，添加了邮件提醒的功能。
参数如下： wvs-scan to do more,author:Double8
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--u URL url like http://127.0.0.1
--file FILE get ips or domains for this file
