ProjectRecoverLostLicenseKey
LightZone was sold through at least two outlets: eSellerate and Avangate. Most were probably sold through eSellerate. That's who was linked from the Light Crafts web site for quite a long time. Right now it's not clear when and where Avangate links were used for sales. Avangate has been the only source of new licenses since Light Crafts stopped operating in September 2011.
In this case, it's dead-simple to get your license key, online, in a matter of a couple of minutes.
Go to https://store2.esellerate.net/store/support/
Enter your email address into the second part, "Finding your order number", and click "E-mail Order History".
Go check your email and you should have an email from do-not-reply@esellerate.net which contains your order number. If there happen to be multiple orders, be sure to pick the one for Light Crafts.
Go back to the page above, and enter that order number into the first part, along with your email address (which may already be entered), then click "Submit".
The last thing in the left-hand column is "To print a copy of the receipt from your order, click here." Click there, and it'll bring up your receipt which includes your serial number.
Note You can also change your email address there on that site, after you've entered your order number. If you're going to be losing access to the email that you made your order from, be sure to use this page to let eSellerate know what your new email address is.
Open a ticket with eSellerate by emailing them at support@esellerate.net and explaining your situation and the email address that you originally bought LightZone from.
Log into your account on Avangate and you should be able to retrieve the license key directly from them.
