Goal: docker-compose run savant succeeds

Currently gives error:

$ docker-compose run savant
Starting mono_db_1 ... done
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "savant/run.py", line 5, in <module>
    from app.run_sql import execute_sql
ImportError: No module named run_sql

There might be missing code.

You must work from branch docker-compose. You will need to install Docker and docker-compose.
